Common exposition.
It's common knowledge. a classical ornament consists of a number of symmetries recapitulating simple elements. It's rather complicated to make a linear ornament, carving a great number of recapitulating elements, that's why it was decided to design and to make a machine-tool where mechanical work is fulfilled by a milling machine ruled by a computer, while a man fulfills a creative work-projecting ornaments. Ornament is painted by any vektorial editor (AUTOCAD, CorelDrow ...) then the file of painting is converted info the file with broadening .PLT fulfilled for driver of the machine-tool. The computer is connected with the machine-tool through the port LPT. A reformed signal goes from electronic bloc to the three ruling step engines.

Work of Machine-Tool
The machine-tool works this way: a storage moves along axle X through 2 couples of rubbered cylinder. Along axle Y moves a milling cutter. Along axle Z milling cutter goes up and down. The knot of falling and rising along axle Z together with the drive is situated on the carriage frame, moving along axle Y. So the machine-tool construction lets do carving by a 3 co-ordinate system, that is in 3D space. At present time the machine-tool fulfils only a flat-shape carving as files with widening PLT do not let to work along axis Z (there're only two commands : PU,PD).
The author doesn't have the program that cold give out commands in the system 3D, although the projects are being prepared. You can get a more detailed information http://www.osp.ru/os/1998/06/60.htm If anybody has more information about this problem I'd be very grateful if you let me know! The 3 co-ordinate work of the machine-tool would widen your possibilities and the range of handicrafts you make.

Perspectives
(It is possible to regard this part, as the partner program. The author will cooperate with anyone, who undertakes practical realization of his inventions.)
The machine-tool was planned and made for production of wares, this task was fulfilled completely. The author is planing to make another two constructions of machine-tools with a wider range of employment and new principle of solving the problem. The main sense is in escape from the instrumental foundation to a material one. So the material storage itself (a plane for a door, a stone plate etc) is thought to be an ideal foundation that is it can serve as the basic plane for moving of the machine-tool itself and the plane (surface) being manufactured .
The first construction is something like "a running frame". The two rubbered shafts are quite parallel and fastened firmly to each other, they form a frame. The longitudinal axis of the rubbered axles are leading for the executive mechanism moving along mutually perpendicular axis. Here different tools are used ( a milling cutter for wood, brushes on electro-magnet for stone, painting , writing instruments etc), depending on the destination of the machine-tool. The second construction , is the further modification of the first one, he we escape from axles, the drive is realized on 3 globular supports so this construction looks like "a crawling tortoise " All the constructions have very little metal capacity and can work without energy driven by a computer on a radiocanal . Sorry, the economic crisis of the country, the lack of elementary conditions for the author to lead his ideas to a logical end and to complete his work. He needs some means, searching new types, some composition materials, a small work-shop and some production base etc.
The author will gladly answer all your questions. With respect and interest. George Sushchevich
